The layout is functional, and attention is given to the details–crown molding, granite countertops, and quality flooring. It is energy efficient affording me low electric bills. We have lived in the home for almost s months now and couldn’t be more pleased. There have been no major issues with the home. We’ve had quite a few Georgia rains in the past few months and I’m happy to report no evidence of leaks whatsoever. Cosmetically the home is very beautiful and has a nice open floor plan with easy access to every room. We are also very pleased with the room sizes; the smaller bedrooms are still very plentiful in size, which isn’t usually the case in most new budget homes. Guy Panizzi has been more than helpful with us too. I’ve called him a few times for various small issues outside of the home and he is always quick to reply. I’ve been extremely pleased with his customer service. He makes his customers feel like they are his number one priority. I would highly recommend his company to any home buyer.
